Bail by Phone is an easy, convenient way to get someone out of jail. In some cases, it is not necessary to come into our offices to post bail. Many times this can be done over the phone via fax or electronic signatures. This method is especially helpful when concerned parties are not local to the Jacksonville area. If you would like to take part in our "Bail by Phone" service, you will need:

  1. A computer and email address

    or

  2. Access to a Fax Machine
  3. Access to a Copy Machine

    4. and

  4. Major Credit Card for payment of the 10% premium
